Kombucha is a raw and living beverage, naturally fermented and unpasteurized. It must be kept refrigerated. Being exposed to hot temperatures will continue the fermentation process leading to excess carbon dioxide buildup in the bottle.

We will gladly take back your empty bottles. You can return them to us at the farmer’s market or when you pick up at the brewery.
